How To File A Grievance

If you are a student of Meridian West Central College and have a grievance related to the college and would like to file an official grievance form, use the link to our Student Grievance Form which can be found below. We want to provide the best education possible to our students.

To be able to electronically sign the PDF Grievance Form, you will need to first download the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader, then download the Student Griveance Form. You will not be able to perform an electronic signature when opening the Grievance Form in a web browser.

In cases where the grievance is not satisfactorily settled at the institutional level, the student may also contact the Department of Education Commission that regulates the institution:
